Indoor Tabi Shoes
Indoor Budo Tabi Shoes are hand made and imported from Saitama, Japan. Saitama has been known for producing traditional indigo cotton indoor Tabi shoes for budo training since the times when the Samurai ruled Japan.
Tabi (足袋) are traditional Japanese socks. Ankle-high and with a separation between the big toe and other toes, they are worn by both men and women with geta and other traditional thronged footwear. Tabi shoes are also essential with traditional clothing such as the kimono. The most common color is white or indigo, and white tabi are worn in formal situations such as at tea ceremonies. Men wear indigo blue budo tabi shoes for martial arts training.
